Fattoria dei Barbi has belonged to the Colombini family since 1790, and has produced Brunello wine since 1892. Open year-round. Accommodations: in restored farmhouses with antique furniture. Facilities: tasting and sale of farm products; Taverna dei Barbi restaurant offering local dishes in a rustic-elegant setting (seats 80, closed Tuesday eve. and Wed.). Products: Brunello and other traditional and unique wines, typical cheeses and meats, extra-virgin olive oil.
